I love this hospital. I have been admitted a few times now, and the doctors there, one is named Stephanie and I can't remember the other but he is the night doctor, are amazing. They would not give up finding out what's wrong. They listen to you. Twice now Stephanie has figured out what's going on with me, where other places dismissed me all together. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to the er and admitting staff!

No comparison to the “other” hospital. LMH has came a long way in all departments. Huge shoutout and so many thanks to Administration and everyone in the Surgery Department. LMH will absolutely be the place to go for healthcare in the future. 12 stars!

Lima Memorial Main Entrance, Registration… I had the privilege of being checked in by Angela today in registration. She was vey professional, yet VERY friendly, honestly by the time I walked out of her office I felt like I made a new friend. She was GREAT, give her a raise! I then went to radiology for an ultrasound, can not remember that girl’s name, but she was great too! Highly recommend this hospital if you have a need. Every staff member I came in contact with, there were a couple others, were all extremely friendly and seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs.

03/04/2025-A close relative of mine had surgery here today. The surgical staff & the 3rd floor staff have all been wonderful, going above & beyond to make sure that my relative is comfortable during their hospital stay. Much appreciated.

Had my very first surgery here, and I received the best care from check in to discharge. Everyone is friendly and genuinely loves what they do. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you, Lima Memorial!

We stayed at Lima Memorial for my wife’s C-section, and the overall care and staff were exceptional. A special shout-out to Stacy and Kelly, they were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They took incredible care of my wife and our baby, and they are perfect examples of what exceptional nurses should be. We are genuinely grateful for everything they did. The only drawback was the room. Our suite felt quite small and cramped, which made things a bit uncomfortable. This is definitely an area where Lima Memorial could improve. However, Stacy and Kelly’s outstanding care really made us overlook that issue. Thank you again to the entire team, especially Stacy and Kelly, for making a challenging time so much easier.

Dr. Ambassador from lima memorial ENT did my inspire surgery. Great job and very hands on during the aftercare. Will be sure to tell anyone that I know about him and his staff.

Today my fiancee had a heart cath followed up with 2 stents, I couldn't have been happier with my overall experience, they say first impressions are important no matter the situation, I was beyond satisfied with the hospitality and warmth all the nurses had and were beyond exceptional in the cath lab floor. The hospital is a tad confusing to figure out but it was very clean and organized, the food was amazing to boot. Dr Makwana especially impressed me with how explanatory and thorough he was, he has a very kind and professional energy and my fiancee was in wonderful hands. Thankyou lima memorial, you have shown that kind individuals still exist in a dark unforgiving world. I now know where I want to go if I ever cross that path, as I said earlier.. from the bottom of my heart, thankyou.

Good morning I just had a very nice pleasant experience all the way from Tucson, Arizona! I spoke to a young lady named Kaylee Wallace on the floor that my sister is On. She referred me to the gift shops due to I was going to send flowers to my sister. She recommended contacting them to see what they have. What a great idea. I called before opening hours and the lady Named Roberta answered and what a Sweetheart, she was very accommodating and sent me pictures right away of what Bouquets they have at the hospital. Placed the order and she was delivering them right away. I love to have experiences like this. Thank you ladies for all your support. Steve Wallace.
